An inspection with one of our trained and certified Project Managers can help determine if mold is a concern in your home. Many types of molds can be identified by visual inspection, some require testing which we can provide through a third-party independent laboratory.

We can test in house but often we use a third party independent testing for clearance.

Visual inspections can be scheduled at no charge. Contact us for information on the cost of laboratory testing. Alliance Restorations team will provide a unique plan for mold remediation specific to your situation. After an inspection the process typically involves containment of the area, negative hepa air filtration to prevent cross cantamination, removing of mold and affected materials, cleaning of contents and affected materials; and often application of safe and effective cleaning and containment agents to neutralize the area.

The process of mold remediation:

  1. Call us! Call us today to schedule a free damage assessment and estimation.
  2. With the acceptance of our estimate, we will then begin the remediation.
  3. First set up containment so that nowhere else in the area will be affected by the spread of mold.
  4. Our technicians will set up an air filter and dehumidifier(s). The High-Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA), filtrates the microorganisms in the air and the dehumidifier to regulate the moisture and increase the temperature in the room.
  5. Our technicians will show up in their personal protective equipment and begin the necessary demolition.
  6. After demolition, the technicians will vacuum, spray and wipe any of the affected areas, along with the surrounding areas to prevent any cross-contamination.
  7. A final clean-up and fogging will occur. Fogging is a misty spray that is spread throughout the affected room to get the antimicrobial in places that the spray and wiping missed.

The mold remediation process is completed by technicians using OSHA approved techniques and wearing the required personal protective gear. Your family’s safety is important to us and our priority is to ensure you are fully satisfied with your experience.

Mold needs three elements to survive; moisture, food source and temperature. The most vulnerable areas are attics and basements. If you suspect mold growth in your home call us for more information and to start a mold remediation plan that will keep you and your family safe for years to come.
