Welcome! Alliance Restoration

We are happy to assist you with all of your emergencies. We are family-owned and have been operating since 2005. Alliance Restoration is a full service restoration company located in Cranston, RI. We provide mitigation services for water damage/sewage; fire / smoke or soot damage; mold; biohazard; air duct cleaning; etc. If needed we can restore your property to its pre-loss condition. Our reconstruction division offers all the trades to fully restore your property.

We’re open 24 hours a day; 365 days. When notified of a loss our team will be on-site within two hours. Our team is IICRC certified; and background checked. A project manager will be assigned to your loss and will offer regular updates on your project. He will be your liaison with the insurance company and will reach a settlement with them. Our company commitment to you is 100% satisfaction. We offer a free onsite inspection at your convenience.

Graduate from Lasalle Academy where he was captain of the basketball and soccer team. After a post graduate year at Worcester Academy he went on to play soccer and major in Economics and minor business at Umass Amherst. Has been with Alliance almost from its inception. The past 20 years in the Restoration business include time as a field tech, project manager, sales manager and now resides as General Manager. His passions include Crossfit and spending time with his four children Chase, Rilynn, Arya, and Tatum and vacationing with his wife Katie.

Renee is born and raised in Rhode Island. Renee studied criminal justice and graduated with highest honors by graduating with a 4.0 GPA obtaining her law enforcement degree. She had worked in law enforcement for 6 years before switching career paths and joining the Alliance team as a mitigation project manager. She loves how rewarding the occupation is. Renee enjoys working directly with you to help and improve your quality of life.

Scott is drywall certified, retirement housing contractor certified, and masonry certified. Scott has been in the industry since the inception of the company back in 2005 when it was known as 1-800 Water Damage. Scott graduated from Elon University in 2018 with a degree in finance. He has worked on all sides of business from, sales to operations to mitigation and now repairs! Scott enjoys spending his spare time playing golf, hanging with friends and spending time outdoors. He truly loves being able to travel and spend time with his friends and family!

Meet Lizzet Nina an operations assistant with Alliance Restoration Inc. Before working for Alliance Restoration, Lizzet worked as an Account Manager for a jewelry manufacturing company in NYC. Where Liz prides herself on providing great customer service to her clients and being a reliable team player. Now living in Rhode Island, where she grew up, she is looking forward to applying those skills to her new and existing position as an Operations Coordinator.

Margherita spent ten years as an equestrian successfully competing on the “A” circuit across the northeast and Florida.

Accounts Receivables Manager: Responsible for collecting past due payments and processing incoming payments in compliance with company policies & procedures. Correspond via email and phone resolving disputes and discrepancies with Insurance providers and customers. Help facilitate new policies and procedures as part of the Management team. Initiated the cloud based online filing system Share Sync and trained all employees to use to be more efficient and effective. Responsible for all account payment plans, and all accounts sent to Legal. I work directly with the Attorney to provide all documentation and information needed after all attempts for collection have been exhausted.
